We invite you into the Swan Lounge & Bar, where afternoon tea is a cherished tradition reimagined. Settle in by the glowing fire or gaze out over our manicured lawns as you enjoy sumptuous homemade sandwiches, freshly baked fruit scones with clotted cream and preserves, and delicate cakes, all served with your choice of exquisite loose-leaf teas or barista coffees. Prefer something celebratory? Add a glass of fine bubbly to elevate the occasion.

Enjoy carefully crafted finger sandwiches (choose two per person from our favourites), freshly baked fruit scones with butter, strawberry preserve and clotted cream, plus a tempting array of our team’s preferred cakes all accompanied by your choice of tea or coffee.

We serve classics, but make them classy.

And yes—proper barista coffee if you’re not in a tea mood. Our Coffee is made from our finest Piacetto Rainforest Alliance Certified Fair Trade Coffee.
Your Tea, Your Way
Pick any two of these hand-made sandwich:
- Smoked salmon, cucumber & cream cheese on malted brown.
- Coronation chicken, mango chutney & coriander on white.
- Wensleydale cheese, onion chutney & rocket on malted brown.
- Prosciutto, ricotta & baby watercress on white.
Add:
- Fresh fruit or plain scones (with clotted cream and strawberry jam, obviously)
- Sweet selection: Mini black forest gateau, Saffron poached pear & toasted almond trifle, Toffee, apple & pecan cheesecake, Blackberry frangipane mini tart.
