The Old Swan welcomes weddings who wish to provide external catering for cultural and religious purposes. With the use of our main function rooms and banqueting kitchens we can provide the ideal setting for weddings of up to 370 guests. We can accommodate self-catering weddings on Sunday – Thursday dates.

• Hire of our elegant Garden Room, Ballroom and Red Lounge for the main function room
• Hire of our banqueting kitchens for your external catering team
• Banqueting Manager to overview on the day of the wedding
• The provision to provide your own non-alcoholic drinks with complimentary corkage
• Tables, chairs, and white table linen for your rooms
• Complimentary Bridal Suite for the Bride and Groom on the night of their wedding
